  • Google Analytics. We use “Google Analytics” to collect information about the usage of our Online Platforms. This service collects information about how often users visit our websites, what pages they visit and when they visit, as well as what other websites they used prior to landing on our websites, among other additional information. We use this information to improve our websites and our services. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personal information.

  • Facebook Meta Pixel. We use the “Facebook Meta Pixel” to collect information about the visitors to our websites to assist us with determining target groups for the presentation of advertisements.

  • Flash Cookies. Certain features of our website may use local stored objects (or Flash cookies) to collect and store information about your preferences and navigation to, from, and on our website. Flash cookies are not managed by the same browser settings as are used for browser cookies and you must manage their settings separately.

  • Web Server Logs, Tags, SDKs, and Other Similar Tracking Technologies. We use these technologies to offer you a more tailored experience. As we adopt additional technologies, we may also gather information through other methods.

    • A web server log is a file where website activity is stored.

    • An SDK is a set of tools and/or code that we embed in our Application and software to allow third parties to collect information about how users interact with the Online Platforms.

Saw Mill Technology Center will release the information we collect when such release is (a) at the request of law enforcement or (b) necessary to comply with the law, enforce or apply our Terms of Use or other agreements, protect the rights, property, or safety of Saw Mill Technology Center and our personnel, and in connection with a legal claim or proceeding. This may include exchanging information with other companies and organizations as part of our efforts to prevent fraud and identity theft.

Usage Data

 

Usage Data is collected for statistical purposes to monitor and analyze the use of the Site, and to improve the Site’s functionality. By way of example only, Saw Mill Technology Center may use software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing the number of visitors to the different sections of our Site, what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.

We work closely with third parties, including, for example, third party intermediaries, such as the advertising networks, analytics providers, canvassers, and search information providers. Such third parties will sometimes provide us with additional information about you.

Children's Privacy

 

Our Site is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under age 18. If we learn that a child under the age of 18 has submitted information to us without parental consent, we will take all reasonable measures to delete it from our databases and will not use the information for any purpose other than where it is necessary to protect the child or others. In the Event of a Business Transfer
